Reboot Your System for the New Year Detox
We are already well into the New Year and some of us may be already struggling with the ambitious eating plans we negotiated with ourselves as our New Year Resolutions. Yes it’s great munching on those vitamin packed fruit and veg but it isn’t always easy and can take time to prepare. But before you go and reach for the Roses chocolates again or the last of the dairy milk try some of some simple juice recipes or a smoothie. There is no better way to get into post holiday detox than to start making smoothies or juicing to reboot the system. A single glass of juice can have several fruits and veg. Ever watched someone make a carrot juice when you go to Zumo? It takes 14 large carrots to produce a 12 oz glass of carrot juice. Imagine trying to eat 14 carrots so what better way to boost your intake of veg. Let’s face it January can be a tough month so I will keep things simple.
